Experimentarium is located just 6 km north of Copenhagen city centre. It is easy to reach us by bike, car and public transportation.
How to get here
Are you up for a charming bike ride along the Copenhagen waterfront? Or do you prefer to go by car or perhaps use public transportation? It's easy to reach Experimentarium either way.
By car
If you approach Copenhagen from the north or south, find your way to the Helsingør (Elsinore) highway (19).
From here, take exit 2 – "Tuborgvej" and then follow the street signs to Experimentarium.
You will find excellent parking facilities in the underground area under Experimentarium or under the Waterfront Shopping Mall just across from Experimentarium.
By bike
If you are coming from Copenhagen, we recommend that you take the route along the waterfront. Follow Kalkbrænderihavnsgade north and then continue along Strandvejen.
Follow Strandvejen south if you come from the north. If you are coming from west find and follow Tuborgvej.
Public transport
Bus: Take bus 1A and stop at Tuborg Boulevard (Strandvejen).
S-Train (lines A, C, E and F) to Hellerup Station. From here take bus 1A to Tuborg Boulevard (Strandvejen).
S-Train (lines A, B, Bx, C and E) to Svanemøllen Station. From here take bus 1A to Tuborg Boulevard (Strandvejen).
Metro (Metro M3) to Poul Henningsens Plads Station. From here take bus 1A to Tuborg Boulevard (Strandvejen).
From Tuborg Boulevard (Strandvejen) you'll have a short walk to Experimentarium.
