Your Visit

• We are open all days 9.30am – 5pm. Except: 24. december and 31. december open 9.30am – 2 pm.
• Parking is available in Experimentarium’s underground car park (area code 4300). There are other parking facilities near by as well.  Read more.
• Large lockers are available for luggage storage.
• Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the building.
• Did you loose something? We keep lost property for 2 weeks. Send us an email: hittegods@experimentarium.dk

Admission

• Admission tickets are sold online with a 10% discount on our webshop. You can also purchase your tickets in our shop upon arrival.
• Tickets are valid only on the date you have pre-booked online or on the day you have purchased them in our shop.
• Tickets are non-refundable and visit dates cannot be changed.
• Re-entry on the same day is allowed with a valid ticket.
• Gift cards can be used for admission, annual passes and shop purchases.
• School and institutional visits must be booked in advance.
• Student tickets require a valid student ID and are sold on-site only.
• Day tickets can be upgraded to annual passes within 30 days.
• No free admission or gifts on birthdays.

Annual Passes

• Annual passes are personal and non-transferable.
• “Titanium” passes include one guest per visit.
• Day tickets can be upgraded to annual passes within 30 days.

Shoes on or off?

• You keep your shoes on during your visit.
• In The Tunnel of Senses shoes are optional, and most people take them off.
• In The Miniverse and The Valley – shoes must be taken off before entry.

Accessibility

• Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome, but be aware that they must  fit in our elevators before you can move around between floors.
• Prams and strollers are allowed except inside The Miniverse and The Valley. Here you’ll find great parking for prams and strollers right outside.
• baby changing facilities and breastfeeding facilities are available.
• We have changing facilities for people up to 75 kg

Other questions

• Water bottles can be refilled on the ground floor.
• You can enjoy your brought lunch and snacks in our picnic area.
• Birthday celebrations are welcome in our picnic area, but organized birthday packages are not offered.
• The MovieHouse cinema shares our building but operates independently from Experimentarium.
• Experimentarium currently has no app.
• Gift cards cannot be used at our Eatery SMASK, but annual pass holders receive discounts.
